If 765bdt detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual (identified by matching personal details, payment account, device fingerprint, or IP address), all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited. 765bdt may, at its discretion, allow a player to designate one account as their primary account and close the others.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.3 Own Account Policy

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If 765bdt identifies a transaction originating from or directed to a third-party account, the transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. 765bdt reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. Once a balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at [email protected].

5.1 Wagering Requirements

6.5 Minimum Bet

Minimum bet amounts are set at the individual game or market level and are displayed in the game interface before any wager is placed. 765bdt reserves the right to update minimum bet thresholds without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 765bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Attempting to access the 765bdt platform if you are under 18 years of age.

765bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent, irregular, or criminal activity involving the account.
• A legally valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• The account being identified as a duplicate of another registered account.
• A player's self-exclusion request or a responsible gaming intervention.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

12.1 Severability
